Hello, I'm Alice, and I'm here to support you on your journey towards healing and well-being. Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, or healing from a past or present painful situation or trauma? With a non-judgmental, compassionate presence, I offer the collaborative support needed for you to carefully work through these challenges, experience deep-level change, and live a more satisfying life. My therapeutic approach is focused on supporting your strengths and developing the inner resources you need to cultivate your innate capacity to heal. As a committed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a MA in Counseling, your health and healing are my number one priority. Using mindfulness techniques and an understanding of neurophysiology, my approach to therapy focuses on helping clients to recover and develop their natural capacity to experience well-being and live full, healthy lives. My work is also influenced by training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Contemplative & Transpersonal Psychology, and Addictions Counseling. I specialize in a wide range of areas including addiction, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, dissociative disorders, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, military/veteran support, multicultural/diversity issues, OCD, phobias, PTSD, intimate/romantic relationships, sleep disorders, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, and trauma. Healing cannot occur in isolation. In almost all cases, our difficulties are accompanied by a sense of being alone with our experience. I offer therapeutic skills and the relational support necessary to effectively help my clients to feel better. I welcome you to explore the potential of our work together with a free 20-minute consultation.
