My approach to therapy is collaborative and systemic. I believe in meeting you where you are so we can get to where you need to be. I am trained as an LMFT, and I have been practicing for the last 4 years. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and have experienced a myriad of presenting problems. I am here to challenge you to grow while holding your hand through the scary parts. I utilize an eclectic approach because I believe that there is no "one size fits all" approach when it comes to therapy.
