“The platform is great, and my provider has been outstanding. My frustration is with billing. It is incredibly delayed - I have 6 sessions pending submission to my insurance which could be impactful when all of those charges hit at once. I have not had regular follow up from the service team and connecting with someone from the service team is extremely difficult and delayed since everything is by email.”
