There comes a point when we become exhausted from surviving the same patterns over and over again. Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, addiction, relationship struggles, anger, or a life that no longer feels like it fits. But underneath it all, you know something deeper needs to change. You may not fully understand why you keep ending up in the same painful places, but you’re ready to better understand yourself and to walk through life with less fear.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Much of my work focuses on helping people understand the ways they learned to survive difficult experiences earlier in life. The coping strategies that once protected us- whether that’s perfectionism, emotional withdrawal, addiction, anger, or self-criticism- often become the very things that keep us stuck. I help my clients move beyond anger and defensiveness, and to reclaim parts of themselves that have been lost to people-pleasing, self-sacrifice, and the pursuit of others’ approval. Some of the most powerful healing I’ve witnessed has happened when people learn to meet the wounded parts of themselves with compassion rather than criticism.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Professionally, I have worked extensively with individuals struggling with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism spectrum disorders. My background in inpatient rehabilitation allowed me to witness firsthand how meaningful change happens when we move beyond symptom management and address the root causes of suffering. I believe meaningful healing happens within safe, authentic relationships. All we need is one person we feel safe with to really start rebuilding. My goal is to offer a space where you feel understood, challenged, and supported as we work together toward lasting change.
