Well, hello there! I am so happy you’re here! My name is Aliya, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience. I specialize primarily in trauma recovery (sexual/emotional/physical) and I work to help teen girls and women from marginalized communities, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community, who are survivors of trauma. I help these clients manage life transitions and navigate their relationships (with their partners, employers, friends and most importantly, with themselves).
I also have significant experience in mood disorders, women’s issues, anxiety/OCD and self esteem challenges. My practice and therapeutic approach is person-centered and aimed to support and empower my clients. I work to support my clients in becoming the best versions of themselves they can be.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
