Aliza is absolutely amazing, hands down truly the best therapist in the world. I could not recommend her enough if you suffer with panic or anxiety, she is so kind and understanding and has helped me through such a variety of things in my life, I am and will always be SO grateful to Aliza. If you have a chance to see her I really encourage you to do so!
One of the hardest things I found was finding a great therapist that really made me feel comfortable to get deep and work through all my fears and anxiety. Aliza has not only helped me work through severe anxiety but actually overcame it and saved my relationship with my spouse. I’m so grateful for the work we did together. She is a expert in her field of work and I can’t thank her enough for the clarity I’ve gotten and continue to get through this entire process. I highly recommend working with Aliza .. She changed my life!
Aliza helped me embrace my own humanity. She creates a safe space to feel your feelings, big or small. Her use of dialectics is wildly empowering. Working with her has allowed me to grow and heal exponentially as a person. She has helped me in all areas of my life. I am a better leader, romantic partner, business owner, daughter, sister because of the work we’ve done together. I recommend her to everyone I know.
Aliza is extremely caring, compassionate and really made me feel comfortable sharing anything with her. I highly recommend her.
Aliza is the best at what she does. There's no one I would trust more to treat anxiety. She's an expert and a reliable professional who is also deeply empathetic and caring. Her sessions are very productive but also enjoyable and relaxed. It's so important for a patient to feel like they can trust a therapist and I'm confident saying that developing trust with Aliza is just easy. She's insightful, inspiring, and cares so much about helping her clients - I can't recommend her enough!
My experiences with Aliza have been nothing but positive. She is always professional and patient while still being warm and making me feel comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her clients and their well-being. Highly recommend!
Aliza helped me win back parts of my life that I had temporarily lost to anxiety and panic attacks. Real change is rarely easy. It typically requires patience, compassion, determination, and vulnerability. Aliza provided me with the framework for real change, and guided me throughout the journey. It has been my great fortune to have been able to work together.
Aliza was beyond extraordinary. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her area of expertise and is someone who has done and does the work. She has a way of always asking the right questions to to help me see the areas in my life I was avoiding. She helped me face them head on and supported me along the way. She was understanding, honest, kind, real, and comforting. If there is anyone I know and or love that is looking for some help I send them to Aliza every time. I cant thank her enough for the impact she had on me and my life. I will forever be grateful.
