Allison Ash, MSW, LSWAIC

Psychotherapist
WA
As we enter this springtime, it is full of new beginnings through the joy of sunshine shining over the great Pacific Northwest and newness blooming both outside and within us. I am a psychotherapist who works primarily with clients experiencing anxiety and depressive signs and symptoms. In my approach, I provide support in identifying the triggers that cause anxiety to fester and how to reverse depression by using a cognitive behavioral therapy approach. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University. These educational experiences have shaped my understanding and ability to support clients through their mental health journeys. As we work together, we will explore the function of your thought patterns and how they impact your feelings and behavior. The main goal is to recognize that your anxiety and depression are signs or symptoms-they do not have to tell the whole story. This newness within you will be a time of discovery and admiration. I hope this process will be a time of reflection and radiance as you explore your individuality in a place of gratitude, gentleness, and respect.
