In our sessions, I incorporate a combination of cognitive, attachment-based, and family systems therapy. This provides a holistic look into a person's world and is the framework through which an individual's identity is shaped and molded. I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have experience working with children, families, and individuals on a variety of issues, such as trauma, attachment, adoption, stress management, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I have experience in parent coaching and supporting children in the areas of trauma, emotional processing, self-regulation, and behavior management. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My specializations include anxiety, children's mental and behavioral health, family relationships, intimate and romantic relationships, life transitions, spirituality, stress, trauma, and PTSD.
