What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect a warm, collaborative and non-judgmental space. I have a relaxed and direct approach, that I find can help individuals to feel comfortable, heard and validated. I have training in a variety of evidence-based modalities and take an integrative approach to apply these to meet your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first session is a relaxed and conversational space to get to know each other. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — it’s about helping you feel comfortable and starting to understand what brings you in. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you hope to get out of therapy, and any concerns or questions you have about the process. Together, we’ll start identifying your goals and what support might look like for you moving forward.
