Getting to know Allysha Garthright

I enjoy providing a space for individuals from all walks of life to speak, be heard, heal, grow, and explore themselves and the world around them. With a Master's in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver, I use an integrative, person-centered, straightforward approach alongside select evidence-based therapeutic modalities and years of varied experience to connect with, collaboratively process through, and ultimately assess and address each unique individual and need. I love working with teens, adults, and first responders, and have experience in a plethora of areas including anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, substance use, and so much more-you can truly come to me with just about anything.
