My style is warm and professional and, at the same time, passionate and committed to you and your growth. My focus is to guide and assist you in overcoming your fears, regrets, and excuses that keep us stuck in depression, anxiety, and complacency. Many of us have made choices based on fear instead of purpose. As a result, we live lives that we never intended for ourselves. Our relationships, our families, our careers, our lifestyles are very unsatisfying. Life is too short to live without purpose. I love to help others, and I can't wait to have a front row seat to your journey!

What should a new client know about working with you?

Being able to connect with clients is the art of counseling. So much of what I do as a therapist is based on my human relations skills. I want my clients to truly feel heard through their spoken and unspoken words and emotions.
