My name is Alyson, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia with over 15 years of experience (8 years licensed) in the mental health field. I hold both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Social Work from Radford University. I have spent over half of my career working with clients in crisis. I have supported individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, stress management, disabilities, and college student populations. I have a person-centered, solution-focused style and believe honesty, dignity, and respect are core values. My goal is to meet you where you are and assist you in moving toward where you want to be.
