I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, attention, neurodivergence, trauma, mood dysregulation, communication, social skills and life transition issues. I have an eclectic approach that combines cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, family systems, attachment, object relational, acceptance and commitment therapy, and trauma informed approaches.
