I can help you reclaim your identity by empowering you to create a deep, loving relationship with yourself, leading you to have empowered relationships with others. I am a direct, pragmatic therapist who will work with you to process and practice skills to manage relationships and life. My beliefs around humans are that much of our current circumstances are a result of past unresolved trauma. We work together to process and unpack the past while simultaneously building skills. It's common to feel obligated, worn out, anxious, and unfulfilled. I work with my clients compassionately, as an advocate, to teach self-advocacy and boundaries. We can work together to rebuild your love for yourself to find joy in life.
