I’ve been working with Alyssa for a while now, and she’s been such a steady and supportive presence in my life. She creates a comfortable, judgment-free space where I feel safe to be open and work through whatever’s on my mind. Alyssa has a great sense of when to listen and when to gently challenge me, which has really helped me grow over time. I’m grateful for her kindness and insight and would recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, approachable therapist who truly cares.
