I support individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, and complex mental health challenges. I’m dedicated to helping you find balance, build resilience, and reconnect with your values. I use an integrative psychotherapy approach, tailoring treatment to your unique needs. I prioritize creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your emotions and thoughts. Building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect is central to my work. I earned my bachelor’s in psychology from Florida State University and my master’s and Psy.D. in clinical psychology from Nova Southeastern University. As a telepsychology provider, I offer flexible, accessible care for a wide range of concerns, from mood and personality disorders to work-life balance and grief.
