Hi, I’m Amanda Domo, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I work with both minors and adults, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, confidence challenges, addictions, mood disorders, relationship concerns, OCD, and identity-related struggles. My approach to therapy is integrative and flexible; I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems theory, mindfulness practices, and other evidence-based techniques to meet you where you are. My therapeutic style is reflective and holistic. I believe in creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood, and I work closely with you to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. I earned my degree from the State University of New York at Oswego and have been providing therapy since 2019.
