Hi! I am so glad you are here. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have a wide variety of experience including working in substance abuse rehabilitation; private practice; crisis stabilization; and inpatient psych. My therapeutic approach is meeting my clients exactly where they are at. I meet them with empathy and non-judgement. My approach to therapy helps my clients value themselves; process and embrace their emotions so that they do not feel so misunderstood and alone; find hope in the darkest of times; and tackle the stress of everyday life to relieve anxiety and panic.
