Both are REQUIRED prior to your appointment time, otherwise we may not be able to complete the appointment as scheduled. Together, we work to quiet the inner critic, strengthen self-trust, and build healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life. I also specialize in supporting first-time mothers, from pregnancy through the transition to motherhood, navigating shifting identities, changing relationships, and the emotional challenges of this new chapter.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Do you find yourself overthinking conversations, decisions, or what others might think? Do you put pressure on yourself to get everything right, yet rarely feel like you're doing enough? Do you feel confident in some areas of your life but struggle with self-doubt in your relationships? Do you find it difficult to set boundaries without feeling guilty? Do you notice yourself repeating certain patterns but aren't quite sure why they keep showing up? Maybe you're used to being the one who has it all together. You're thoughtful, driven, and capable, but beneath the surface, you may find yourself overthinking, second-guessing your decisions, or feeling the pressure to meet everyone else's expectations. You might already be aware of some of these patterns, yet understanding why they happen or knowing how to change them can feel like another challenge entirely. That's where I can help.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together, we’ll work toward quieting overthinking and self-doubt, building confidence and self-trust, setting healthier boundaries, and developing more fulfilling relationships while helping you feel more grounded and connected to yourself.
