Hello, I'm Amie. I work with young adults and adults, ensuring each session is dedicated to your personal goals. Therapy is not one size fits all. Each client is different, and it is my intention to treat you as such. Your therapy sessions will be collaborative and interactive, and your voice will be heard every step of the way. I hold an MA and am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. My areas of specialization include addiction, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, depression, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, phobias, intimate/romantic relationships, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, anger management, and family relationships. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions. It's scary and lonely out there, but you're not alone.
