I have a particular affinity for working with introverted clients who may worry about having 'nothing' to say or not knowing where to start. While therapy might not always be 'fun,' it doesn't have to be intimidating or devoid of humor. In my spare time, I love spending time with my dogs, crafting, watching sci-fi or anime, and playing video games. I'm a self-proclaimed Trekkie and have even named my dogs after Star Trek characters—Riker and Ezri, for those curious minds out there.
