Hello! I’m a Licensed therapist who works with adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, trauma, depression, and grief. My approach is warm and collaborative. We may work on executive functioning, emotional regulation, relationship patterns, perfectionism, people-pleasing, past experiences, or the pressure to hold everything together. I use a blend of approaches based on your needs, including acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, somatic experiencing techniques for trauma, trauma-informed care, and ADHD-focused support. I also have advanced training as an ADHD-CCSP provider to better support my clients with ADHD, and I have personal experience living with ADHD.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You do not need to come to therapy with everything organized or know exactly where to begin. We will move at a pace that feels manageable and tailor treatment to your goals, whether you are working through anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, executive functioning challenges, or a combination of these.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first few sessions, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope will shift. I’ll also ask questions about your history, current stressors, relationships, and daily functioning so we can better understand the patterns affecting you. But there is no pressure to talk about anything you aren't ready for. From there, sessions are tailored to your needs. Some may focus on processing emotions or past experiences, while others may focus on building skills, exploring patterns, or finding strategies that work in your everyday life. I regularly check in about what feels helpful so therapy remains collaborative and aligned with your goals. For trauma, I use an approach called Somatic Experiencing, which helps clients notice and work with the body’s responses to stress and past experiences. This approach does not require you to share every detail of what happened and allows us to move at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
