Hello, I'm Amanda. I am passionate about creating a safe space for you to heal and grow. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Specialist with an MA, I bring a wealth of experience and training to our sessions, including specialized training in EMDR. My approach is client-centered, which means that I adapt to whatever you need on your healing journey. Take your time with trust—you do not owe it to me. It's okay to let me earn it. Go at your pace, and I will honor your process. We can do this together. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including non-binary folks, men, women, and children. My specialties include addiction, anxiety, depression, family relationships, intimate and romantic relationships, multicultural and diversity issues, PTSD, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions. For BIPOC folks, I encourage you to ask any questions you need about my stance on systems of oppression or how I work to mitigate power differentials in therapeutic relationships.
