I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Child & Adolescent Anger Management Specialist, Certified PCIT Therapist, and EMDR trained.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your background and current challenges, and together we’ll start building a plan that fits your needs and goals for our work together.
