Hello, I'm Amber. I have been practicing and engaging in individual, couples, and group therapy for the last three years after completing my Master's in Social Work from the University of Denver. Since then, I have continued to grow and develop skills further to support individuals with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. I also specialize in working with individuals with a history of trauma, including post-traumatic stress disorder and complex post-traumatic stress disorder. I currently provide individual therapy. I believe therapy starts with a strong foundational relationship. I seek to provide individuals from all walks of life with a safe and dignified space that is free of judgment. I tend to take a more direct and solution-focused approach, enabling clients to identify and work towards their personal goals. By utilizing a fusion of evidence-based modalities, I tailor treatment needs to each and every client I see. My specialties include adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anxiety, depression, intimate/romantic relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, military/veteran support, PTSD, and trauma.
