Psychotherapist
1200 N El Dorado Pl, Ste d420, Tucson, AZ
I became a therapist because I believe in the power of self-discovery and resilience. My own journey, including working in healthcare throughout the pandemic and being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, has given me a deep appreciation for the challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence and change. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to unlearn years of self-doubt, navigate stigma, and reimagine your place in the world with newfound understanding. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to embrace their authentic selves. My work spans a variety of areas, but at the heart of it all is a focus on healing from childhood trauma and relationship conflict to substance recovery and crisis intervention. I have experience in substance use treatment, helping individuals break cycles of addiction while addressing the underlying pain that fuels them. I’ve also worked closely with parents, offering guidance in childhood development and fostering strong, connected relationships. In crisis settings, I’ve helped individuals navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives, providing stability and support when they need it most. I specialize in working with adults who have received an autism or ADHD diagnosis later in life, as well as parents navigating their child’s diagnosis. I understand the weight of realizing your brain works differently than you were taught it “should,” and I help clients process this shift, recognize their strengths, and develop strategies that align with their needs. Whether you’re healing from past trauma, breaking free from unhealthy patterns, learning to navigate neurodivergence, or striving for healthier relationships, I’m here to help. You don’t have to do this alone because together, we can build a path forward that honors who you truly are.
