I hold a Master's in Social Work from the State University of New York, Stony Brook, and a Bachelor's degree from the City University of New York, Queens College. I utilize a client-centered, solution-focused, and goal-oriented approach to help you move past what is holding you back. I focus on the connection between mental health and physical health, incorporating mindfulness into our sessions. I am also a trauma-informed therapist, trained in trauma-informed yoga, as well as EMDR, which uses bilateral stimulation to reprocess traumatic events.
