Hello and thank you for stopping by. I'm Amy, and if you’re here, you may be struggling with one or more areas of your life. It takes courage to reach out for help. We all need help sometimes, and it would be my honor to support you in your journey toward the life you desire. I provide a safe, judgment-free environment and view mental health as holistic, incorporating all relevant aspects of your life. I use evidence-based treatment approaches including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, all with a strength-based focus. I support and encourage you to integrate your beliefs, values, and spirituality into our work however it feels comfortable to you. I hold an MA and am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Certified Addiction Specialist. I work with adults ages 18-65 via telehealth on many issues including depression, anxiety, anger, life transitions, divorce, grief, loneliness, job trauma, burnout, and stress. My goal is to offer support and professional assistance so that you can reach your wellness goals and live the life you desire. Whether you're dealing with addiction, ADHD, family relationships, intimate or romantic relationships, sleep disorders, or spirituality, I am here to help. I believe in a collaborative approach where we work together to find the best path forward for you. Our sessions will be a space where you can feel heard and understood, and where we can explore the challenges you're facing in a compassionate and constructive way. When I'm not working, I enjoy [insert personal interest or hobby if known]. This helps me stay grounded and reminds me of the importance of balance in life. I look forward to the possibility of working with you. Please call or message me to set up a free 15-minute phone consultation.
