Getting to know Amy Weinischke

Do you find yourself shut down, unsure of why you are responding the way you are, suppressing your feelings or feeling like you feel too "much"? I work with people in all walks of life to process unresolved feelings due to trauma. I strive to provide a safe and non judgmental space, in order for you to develop coping mechanisms for trauma symptoms ( anxiety, depression, addiction, etc) and to explore aspects of yourself. I would love to sit down with you and hold space for you as you navigate your journey to healing. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT and other various modalities in which I utilize to both validate your strengths and challenge you to process your feelings and thoughts at your own pace. I am committed to helping my clients understand and transform their past pain and discover new ways of being with themselves and others. Finding a therapist who aligns with you and your goals is important- its not a "one size fits all!" This is why I start with a free initial call to see if we would be a good fit.
