The pressures women face today are nuanced and profound. Loving ourselves, listening to our bodies, and living authentically can be understood intellectually but so incredibly difficult to embody. Stress is inevitable, anxiety the habit, and depression a familiar friend. To tolerate uncertainty is to entertain powerlessness. Fear decides. And self-care is negotiable. Until (finally), enough is enough. Coming back home to ourselves is a lifelong journey, and one I can relate to deeply. My mind-body-spirit approach is informed by 20 years of counseling experience as well as life on this planet. I help women navigate attachment wounds, relationship discord, grief/loss, perfectionism, self-doubt, and work-life balance. Together, we learn the wisdom in your story, the knowing in your body, and the message of your spirit. Healing is the ultimate homecoming. It is a return to self- not a return to who you were, but to who you are becoming. Therapy is my opportunity to walk alongside you on this journey: to witness what unfolds, honor what you discover, and celebrate the moments when you begin to recognize yourself again. There is something sacred about watching a person come home to themselves. I am consistently inspired by it. Your homecoming connects me to my own.
