She holds a Master’s in Psychology from the University of Richmond. Andrea is skilled in evidence-based treatments and person-centered interventions, including CBT and DBT. She is trauma-focused, and her goal is to help clients uncover their true potential and lead a life worth celebrating. She understands that difficult situations of the past cannot be changed; however, she will work with you to better understand and resolve the challenges in your life.
