I believe everyone has the capacity to change; find solutions; heal from pain; and create a purposeful life. Using a strengths based approach; I collaborate with clients to identify issues that are most troubling to them and tailor the process to best fit the clinical needs. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety; depression; trauma; grief; substance use; relationship problems; and LGBTQ+ issues. I offer customized treatment using cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy perspectives. I am honored to do this work and look forward to partnering with clients as they realize their goals and potential.
