I continue to be humbled that I have had the honor be a part of so many people’s stories. With almost 10 years experience as a Mental Health Counselor; I have worked with a wide variety of challenges; diagnoses; and levels of severity. With a background in crisis work; I tend to be solution-focused and goal oriented while we work collaboratively together. I provide a welcoming and safe; non-judgmental space where we can really process what is going on in your life while making sure that we are using that information to move in a forward direction to meet your goals.
