Hi there! I'm Andrew, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping people navigate life's challenges. With 29 years of experience in the field, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, from correctional facilities and community-based mental health services to private practice. Since 2005, I've been licensed in the State of Colorado, and I absolutely love what I do. My approach to therapy is rooted in providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions and relationships. I believe in the power of evidence-based modalities to help individuals and couples achieve their life goals. One of my specialties is working with couples using the esteemed Gottman Sound Relational House model. This approach focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and building intimacy. In addition to couples therapy, I also work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, and addictions. Everyone struggles at times, but with the right support, it's possible to move through emotional and relational pain and realize your full potential. I strive to offer unconditional regard and a non-judgmental stance, allowing my clients to take the necessary steps toward healing and growth. On a personal note, I'm an avid backpacker and hiker in the beautiful Colorado Rockies. I also enjoy photography, spending quality time with my wife of 32 years, and savoring a good cup of coffee.
