To “cohere” is to work towards a daily practice of becoming whole, and we can do this together through a mindfulness-based and social justice-oriented therapeutic relationship. As someone in the queer community I understand first-hand the struggle of finding one’s voice, identity, and inner strength. It is my intention to foster an open, curious, and compassionate approach that is collaborative and inspiring. Many clients I see come to this work for issues regarding identity, gender and sexuality, relationships, anxiety, burn out, and trauma. I work predominantly with folks within the LGBTQ community and those involved in social justice work. My practice is ENM-friendly and kink-affirming. Our work together will cultivate your innate sense of worth, belonging, and joy. I draw from various evidence-based models such as Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness and somatic approaches. In our work together we will playfully discover ways to feel lighter, and more whole.
