Taking the first steps to find and initiate contact with a therapist can be exciting but also daunting! I'm glad that you're taking these initial steps, and I hope I can help you along the way. My goal is to make therapy approachable and manageable. I value providing you with a safe, understanding, and healing space to help you work through life's most difficult challenges. I can help you develop the wellness skills that foster confidence so that you can be more of who you want to be. With appropriate pacing of treatment and adequately addressing symptoms, you can start to see change! I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Lynchburg. I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
