Hello, I’m Angel. Life can be challenging, and sometimes it feels like you’re stuck carrying the weight alone. My goal is to walk alongside you and help you build a toolbox of skills and supports so you can move forward with strength, confidence, and hope. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor with a master’s degree in Social Work. I work with both adolescents and adults, creating a safe and supportive space where you can process, heal, and grow. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, and I believe every person brings unique experiences and resilience to the therapy room. I specialize in supporting individuals through a wide range of trauma, including trauma connected to oppression and discrimination, as well as attachment-related challenges that affect relationships, identity, and emotional well-being. I also work with depression, anxiety, ADHD, addictions, mood disorders, and everyday life stressors such as work or relationship struggles. I draw from family systems, attachment-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing, always tailoring treatment to what feels most supportive for you. As a culturally competent therapist, I honor diversity in all its forms and strive to meet clients where they are, respecting their histories, identities, and values.
