My style is compassionate and grounded, while also gently guiding you toward accountability and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

"Together, we’ll explore the stories you carry about yourself and your relationships, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop practical tools to support change. With couples, I use research-based strategies to improve communication, strengthen friendship, and navigate conflict in healthier ways. I also recognize that stress and trauma affect the body. When helpful, I incorporate gentle, trauma-informed yoga and grounding practices to support emotional regulation and resilience."
