I am a New York–licensed social worker with a Master's in Social Work from Yeshiva University and over six years of experience. I have worked with adolescents, seniors, and individuals at all life stages. I have helped many people with issues such as depression, anxiety, navigating the workforce, crisis, and trauma. My background also includes working with seniors and addressing concerns related to aging and its challenges.
I provide a non-judgmental approach, and past clients describe me as open-minded and caring. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and have experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Additionally, I have supported individuals facing substance use issues.
I use a variety of approaches tailored to each individual, favoring a strengths-based method to help people feel empowered and appreciate their abilities.
