Hello and welcome! I'm Angie, and just by being here and searching through profiles, you have already begun taking the first steps toward positive change. I am here to support you through whatever is challenging you. As your therapist, I commit to offering and holding space for you to move forward toward growth, healing, and self-discovery in a supportive, collaborative, and personalized environment. I provide online individual therapy for adults and adolescents, as well as couples counseling. Through years of experience, I have developed and rely on different models of therapy so that I can personalize treatment for each client based on what works best for their unique situation. A few of my favorites are Client-Centered Therapy (Rogerian), Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Somatic and Mindfulness Therapies. I truly enjoy building authentic and real relationships with my clients. As such, my counseling style is compassionate, yet direct, open-minded, and focused on finding solutions. I specialize in the treatment of trauma/PTSD, attachment issues, guilt/shame, self-judgment, and helping couples recover after infidelity. Additionally, I have experience working with anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, grief/bereavement, life transitions, military/veteran support, OCD, intimate/romantic relationships, sex/intimacy issues, spirituality, stress, and trauma. I invite you into a safe and confidential space where we can move through and overcome your challenges together. It is my passion to see my clients discover a sense of empowerment as they move toward growth, change, and the authentic healing necessary for success on their life's journey.
