I help individuals create relationships that are fulfilling in many aspects. I work with parents, teens, couples, and individuals depending on the problems that are present. Especially now, people are struggling to build satisfying relationships, be effective in the workplace or school, and manage the challenges of today. My style is pragmatic and grounded in meeting you where you are hurting most to cultivate change. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Adelphi University, which informs my practical approach aimed at fostering learning. I believe in connecting people with their resources to help maximize results and create sustainable change. My problem-solving practice empowers people to make the choices that are important to them and utilize tools to then watch their life unfold positively. My practice is warm and supportive.
