UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience. I work with individuals, families, and couples, and I have learned that every journey is unique. Every journey has its trials. We all experience unexpected changes, difficulties, and loss-whether it be a death, a marriage, a job, or something else. We all experience anxiety to some degree. Therapy is a unique way to assist when you are ready to write the next chapter of your life's narrative. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University. My approach is person-centered and grounded in positive psychology. I incorporate holistic stress reduction methods and the healing power of humor into my work. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit!
