Hello, I'm Ann. Are you struggling to find motivation, direction, or pleasure in life? Are decisions difficult? Has loss or change in your life thrown you off course? I can work with you on these things. I have extensive experience in this work and see adults who have depression and/or struggle with loss and life transitions. I also work with seniors and people with disabilities. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW, I am dedicated to helping you navigate these challenges. Together, we will work on the goals you identify. It’s important to understand how your past and environment contribute to your issues, to explore related emotions, identify your strengths, and tap into your own wisdom. We can strategize about how to handle current issues. Focusing on wellness can increase the resources you have to face challenges. And I am here to support you as you take on difficult issues. I do this work because I am committed to alleviating suffering and I believe people always have the potential for growth and recovery. For me, connecting with people around their important issues is compelling. I like the sense of being on a journey together. And I love witnessing self-discovery and growth.
