This is where I come in. help people who feel stuck in cycles of pain, self-doubt, and overwhelm find a way back to themselves. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where your story is heard and honored. Using approaches like person-centered therapy, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and EFT, I’ll help you build practical tools for coping, healing, and creating the life you want.
My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership—where you feel supported but also gently challenged to grow. Sessions are structured to meet you where you are, whether that means processing the past, building resilience in the present, or creating hope for the future.
I became a therapist because of my own personal transformation with therapy. I know how life-changing it can be to have someone in your corner, reminding you that you are not broken—you are human, and healing is possible.
When I’m not in session, I enjoy reading self-help books, listening to live music, traveling, and spending time with family and my two fat cats.These moments of joy remind me of the same balance and self-care I encourage for my clients.
