Hello, I'm Ann, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master's degree, and I've been practicing in the State of Colorado for over 17 years. My journey in mental health has been deeply fulfilling, with half of my career spent in community mental health and the other half in integrative care within primary care settings. My passion lies in helping others navigate their life's journey, and I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience. My approach is client-centered and solution-focused, meaning that I prioritize your unique needs and work with you to find practical solutions to life's challenges. I firmly believe that integrating your whole-body health, including sleep, nutrition, and mental well-being, can help you achieve your life goals. It's important to me to get to know you as an individual and to work together in establishing your goals through a safe, trusting, and confidential therapeutic relationship. I am providing Telehealth services to adults, which allows us to connect from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, gender identity issues, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, medical issues, perinatal support, sleep disorders, spirituality, or stress, I'm here to support you. I have opened up my office to in person sessions with children, 3 years old to 9 years old. Our first session may be virtual, without the child present. I only see children in person as I practice experiential play therapy. Please reach out to me if you have an questions about play therapy. In addition, my equine specialist and I will be offering equine therapy to established adult clients. We can discuss this option during your first session, or later.
