Outside the therapy room, I cherish time with my family, which keeps me grounded and connected. I come to therapy by way of Television. I was an Executive in Charge of Production for a national TV show when through a number of crisis de-escalations on the show, I learned that I was really meant to be a therapist. I went back to school to get my Masters in Counseling Psychology.
