My practice focuses on working with anxiety and relationships. I often work with LGBTQ folks and children of immigrants. I use mindfulness, somatic therapy, and attachment-focused EMDR. I hold a Master’s in Music Therapy from New York University, which enriches my approach to healing and connection.

My approach to therapy is authentic, collaborative, and relational. I will offer new perspectives and be curious about what helps you cope, as well as what is no longer working for you. Therapy provides a space for honesty and personal accountability.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will bring attention to the body to make space for what you’re feeling. I will support you to feel confident expressing yourself clearly with others. Together, we'll create a compassionate space for self-reflection, new narratives, and empowerment.
