There are so many things that can be addressed in marriage and family therapy sessions: infidelity recovery, divorce and separation of assets, parenting, coparenting, communication, familial issues, different values and perspectives, and understanding behaviors stemming from mental health or past trauma. Trauma is another major focus. It can free you from your mind and help you achieve peace. I have a passion for working with kids, teens, older individuals over 60, and other adults with trauma histories and relationship or marital issues. I work with life stress, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. I have EMDR training with both adults and children. Additionally, I have worked with LGBTQIA+ couples and individuals. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University. As a clinician with mental health issues myself (yes, we have issues too), I have a unique understanding of thinking differently, connecting outside of the "norm," and needing to mask mental health challenges at times to appear like everyone else. I want to help those who do not feel seen and build them up so they can feel renewed.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
