Hello! I'm AnnaLisa, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's degree (MA) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) credentials. As a mindfulness-based mental health counselor, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to compassionately attend to pain, trauma, depression, anxiety, and grieving. I have a strong interest in Attachment, Somatic, Neuropsychology, Humanistic, and Dialectical Behavioral therapies (DBT), and more.
