When our family and personal lives get complicated and overwhelming we need a safe and supportive space to process our emotions and experiences. I am honored to be able to join you in working to find a path towards health and healing so that you and can live your best life. I would describe myself as creative, compassionate and nonjudgemental. I have two Italian Greyhounds and they are usually snuggled up next to me while I'm on the computer. You may catch a glimpse of them during a session.
